At Hudson Grandeur, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved curating it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. Contact Us Within 3 Days

   If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at [support@hudsongrandeur.com](mailto:support@hudsongrandeur.com) or through direct messaging on our social media platforms (@hudsongrandeur).

2. Return Within 7 Days

   After notifying us, you have up to 7 days from the date you received the item to return it. The jewelry must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

3. Store Credit

   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. This credit can be used toward future purchases at Hudson Grandeur and does not expire. 

4. Non-Returnable Items

   Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Shipping Costs

   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

6. Processing Time

   Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and for the store credit to be issued after we receive the item.
