Return Window

Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of authorization.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:

  • In original, unworn, and unused condition
  • Without signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration
  • With all original packaging, tags, certificates, and included materials

Hudson Grandeur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing after the return has been approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Resized or altered items
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items

Vintage & Estate Jewelry

Many Hudson Grandeur pieces are vintage or estate items and may display natural characteristics consistent with age and previous ownership. These unique features are considered part of the item’s authenticity and charm and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may promptly assist you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as Hudson Grandeur is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
