An item appearing on our website does not guarantee continued availability. Occasionally, an item may sell through another authorized sales channel before our online inventory has been updated.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and, when applicable, cancel and refund the affected purchase.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS, AND ALTERATIONS

Custom-made, specially sourced, personalized, engraved, modified, or resized jewelry may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions.

Once production, sourcing, engraving, resizing, alteration, or customization has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or return as described in our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for confirming requested sizes, engraving details, customization specifications, and other information before approving custom work.

7. LAYAWAY AND PAYMENT PLANS

When Hudson Grandeur offers layaway or another payment arrangement, the specific payment schedule, deposit requirements, due dates, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility provided for that transaction will apply.

Merchandise may remain the property of Hudson Grandeur until the required balance has been paid in full.
